Tribalism is naturally occurring, but it is not as absolute or rigid as you hope.

This is why sports teams exist, and even in the ancient past have involved themselves with violent insurrections.

Your "tribe" outside of your direct family is going to be varied mostly by your actual social network.

No one, precisely zero people, have their entire ethnic group within their social network, let alone their racial group. Only an idiot or a fool would assign a level of trust based upon ethnicity alone, assigning it upon race would be maddness. Success for your social network might mean success for you, and that's a maybe. Success for your ethnic group or your racial group means precisely nothing to you besides a minimal delusion of self-satisfaction.

The truth is that completely different social networks exist both within and across industries and institutions. Most of the time, specific groups of people benefiting each other at a given moment if they are operating coercively. If they are operating mutually or voluntarily, then the whole will benefit slowly.

None of these, ever, can be reduced down to a single ethnicity or race.
