I'm not trusting random QR codes, but it probably links to this telegram t.me/JoinTheWhiteRose. They are big on stickers.

My QR app tells me what the QR links to so you have the option of opening it (or not) and it indeed links to that.

It's just a default app that was on my phone, Bixby Vision. Looks like this when you scan a QR.
