I'm glad I was not the only one who noticed that. I was wondering: who in that list is supposed to represent the blacks, the monkey?

You have to look at it like a lefty: monkeys would be whites because "tests are made for them". The bird would be Asians because they stereoypically have an even easier time. Blacks would be the fish, I guess.

Thus I don't think he's comparing black kids to the monkey. He is however implying we're not even the same species.
