This will open them up for lawsuits if they deny business over medical issues. They will still have to provide similar if not equal service at the door.
That only works when you already have elites backing you.
Also, people don’t want to remember how much leftist violence was actively supported by mainstream leftist infrastructure. I’ll say this much for righty terrorist Eric Rudolph: the sonofabitch was caught dumpster-diving in a rare break from hiding in the woods. During his fugitive days, Weatherman’s Bill Ayers was on a nice houseboat paid for by radical lawyers.
All governments have their corruption issues, at least the US court system still rules in favor of it's average joe person more often then it does in many other countries out there.
Remember the segregation issues pre-1960s were separate but not equal despite what they often said back then about it being equal. This is something we will have to keep a close eye on because it doesn't take much for something like this to drift into it being un-equal and un-similar.
So what they're saying is, legally, if you can point our ANY health difference between skin tones, say a propensity for sickle-cell anemia, then you're 100% in the clear to discriminate based on race. These arbitrary restrictions are for YOUR own good, not ours, sickle-cell-possible people!

All branches of the US government have been compromised and corrupted; we're on our own now//
Riots are the only lawsuits that work.
That only works when you already have elites backing you.
