I'm all in favor of resisting these policies, but that assumes a society-level action that where I live I just haven't seen from my fellow citizens/subjects.
There's a saying I forget where I heard it from: "if you think it's time for war, run out your door with your rifle and look toward your neighbor's house. If you don't see your neighbor with his, it isn't time". Well I don't even see my neighbors not wearing masks, so assuming they'll resist a vaccine passport is a long-shot.
Meanwhile I still need to eat, so at this point I'm in "I don't need to save the world, just myself" mode.
I don't think living like the Amish is feasible for most people even though that method will work.
I think it would be better if these "vaccine" passports are resisted by the majority of people and stopped.
