You can use it to make a website look however you want, although it will only be on your end. You can then take a screenshot of it, and it will look completely legit.
I've never use it so I'm not 100% on how it works, but I do know it requires knowledge on how to use HTML. Something for which there is no shortage of "how to" guides.
