Honestly, I think focusing on that part is duplicitous of Graham, because almost everybody is focused on the trannies' father being convicted of actual torture and rape of a child than some stories, then getting a job with him after.

Everything else is just fluff to show that this person isn't exactly in a place to cast judgement on others.
