Option 3: Full on segregation. Blacks can "police" their own communities, and anyone who's not the proper color caught outside of their races community/area is on their own.
So far I haven't seen a single black person own up to the fact that a large subset of blacks are violent and the reason their entire race/group is in the shitter. But they'll be all too happy to blame whuyte people for it, even though they have no proof or anything to show that they'd be better off without whitey. To the contrary, they are always butthurt when whites don't bend over backwards for them, have sex with them, allow them into their communities, etc. And they're all too happy to blame the thousands of black on black murders on anyone but their own. Black on black murders are an issue, but so is the fact that we're locking up these murderers. They want fried ice.

For the later, I guarantee the general black population in the US would not like the aftermath; both internally, and when the excessively less... compassionate races swarm in to exploit them.
There's no need, just look at the USSR and Haiti for great examples. A society run by leftists will eventually collapse on itself, and all the leftists die. A society where only the blacks rule will end up with the leftist allies who helped them getting raped/murdered and eventually the blacks will live in squalor. Zimbabwe took like less than 2 years from the whites leaving to the point where they ran out of rats and begged whites to come back.
