I don't actually know how long. A gender based curfew would violate human rights law and probably be struck down on that basis - so you'd have to work out the tipping point of human rights law itself towards feminist goals, of which I have no idea.
Then again, after leaving the EU, the UK isn't really bound by those things and the UN won't step in against the great matriarchy that they openly support.

Don't kid yourself, there is no such thing as 'human rights law'. There is only power. The reason it will never work, is because men being 49% of the population, and the 49% with the physical strength, they will never allow something like this.
