A clown world government deserves a clown world military. I'm not sure if the MIC can enforce global hegemony with a bunch of pregnant women, transsexuals and a few men low-t enough that they haven't been purged for "extremism".
It only can as long as it maintains clear technological superiority. As soon as we run up against an adversary we aren't 100 years ahead of technologically, we're going to get our asses kicked.
