Funny story, a friend of mine who is a girl working in tech, moved recently to a team with 2 other girls and one gay guy. The problem was that one of the girls was an incompetent bitch that used to get guys to do her work for her.
She tried on the gay guy and it was a funny thing to watch, at least from what my friend described. He told the bitch in a very non-pc way to go fuck herself.
I assume that if a straight guy would have done the same it would have been sexual harassments.
