Happens a lot.

Tron Legacy wasn't great but the soundtrack sure was.

Oi that can happen in vidya too. Fallout 4 has too many flaws to list but its not an rpg its just a looter shooter. However the soundtrack is legendary

Civ beyond earth got a lot of flak for being a civ 5 reskin, but the music its so fucking good, I got chills in civ 6 when you complete a science victory, its plays a part of civ be soundtrack
