"Normal" Bret? Who's to say what's "normal"? Times change, and definitions are water not stone. And we must change with them, so I've heard all my life from people like you.
Now you wish to stop "progress"? Who are you to do that, and by what right? Why can you not just go along with this? Why is such a small thing so important to you? We're talking about Human Rights: why are you against Human Rights?
I listened to a chunk of it and it literally devolved into, "Yo we got cash app. Cash app. Venmo. Pay me. Are you gonna just keep talkin, or are you gonna pay me. I see you puttin up yo hand but you ain't puttin up yo wallet. All ya'll in here in solidarity when whitey up here talkin but as soon as we talk about money you out the door."
It went on for like 30 minutes of these joggers going back and forth demanding to be paid just for existing before I just couldn't take it anymore.
At least they're being honest about what a lot of this talk of being "historically disadvantaged" and demand for reparations boils down to: "pay up, whitey"

That was a bit too good
Too high brow for this discussion.
