Yeah, I don't think any of them are safe, to be honest.

I don't think they're developed to kill people though, at least for the Warp Speed projects. They just saw the opportunity to make a ton of cash and jumped at it. The deaths are just a side effect that their legal team insulated them from.

Government motive : Return to normal before economic collapse.

Vaccine company motive : $$$

most of the BLM riots destroyed property in Opportunity Zones. What's an Opportunity Zone? It's a development area marked for megacorps to invest in which will allow them to defer taxes.
