Mr Jackson believes employees should be empowered to find solutions to problems themselves, including ones such as a complaint of bullying that might be typically handled by an HR department.
Hilariously the only time I ever saw something I'd call bullying was from someone in an HR department. We were setting up PC hardware in HR and one of the department harridans decided she didn't like the IT guy setting up in the cube near hers and had him escorted from the building. Not fired, she couldn't do that, just kicked out. The hell of it is after he was escorted out of the area he was allowed right back in because... well, that's where his job was! He came back and finished while she was away from her desk.
None of the other HR workers tried to stop her and one of them even did the escorting. When I made a few enquiries I found out that everyone was terrified of the old crone and just complied with every crackpot order she made.
