Is it just me or does Twitch artificially promote female streamers?

I got a new Twitch account to get the drops from watching a stream, and I just noticed all the suggestions for it are female streamers with sub 10k viewers, playing games I don't care about.

His view is quite warped, but he isn't wrong either. Twitch has an unhealthy relationship with thots and promoting them.
