I've been saying this for months: someone is invoking the insurrection act. It could have been Trump last year, but now it's going to be a Democrat in the not-so-distant future. I hope Trump was truly powerless to stop all of this, because if he ever decided against using his power for fear of starting a war, then all he did was defer that war to a time when we have even less chance of winning it.
