More recently, she has taken to social media to discuss her sex reassignment surgery in graphic detail. On Feb. 11, Yaniv posted up-close graphic photos of her genitals, which appeared to be swollen and discharging liquid.

Oh, it gets 'better' than that. As someone over on Kiwi Farms pointed out, both of his hands were visible in the shot, trying to hold his bleeding hatchet wound open. But if his hands were both in shot... who was holding the camera?
