As in, those familiar with the situation and experiencing it on a daily basis, did not disagree with his assessment of the situation, so they're mad. Or in OTHER other words, experts on the situation came to a unanimous decision, and Twitter is angry about it and disagreeing with the experts and their lived experiences.
