If I had to wear that ridiculous thing on my face for the duration of the flight, I'd wish I never got on it either.

Fun fact, that thing has an unfiltered air outlet valve. So if he did actually believe it was a serious situation his choice of mask says he elected to remove almost all protection for everyone else from his own germs, in favor of maybe slightly increasing his own protection.
