There has been no natural progression or actual improvement in the actual structure , art , quality, style etc. since marxists have taken over. It has been stagnant for a long time similar to western art and music in general. What do you think the american comic book industry could improve(outside of the obvious getting rid of woke stuff)?

Meh . This is getting no where. Agree to disagree. Im against censorship and a lot of the moral outrage that caused the censorship was because of a guy that wrote a book demonizing and fear mongering about comics and said guy had also said “Superman is a symbol of violent race superiority and should wear an S.S on his chest."
And i didn't say other genres dont exist i said the code caused a lot of damage to the genres which is why the "safe" superhero genre ended up monopolizing everything. And if things existed it was despite of the code not because of and as i said there are a lot of manga and anime cult classics and masterpieces that would have not been able to be made under this code.
Well, the main problems are really:
2). the insistence of grown-up children to keep trying to co-opt media intended for children, which is fine - until they start to want to put in the sex, swearing, and other "adult stuff" to make themselves feel better about reading comic books past the age of 15.
