Every time Muslims are painted as the victim, the true story turns out to be far more complicated than they let on. How many of the people whining about the supposed persecution of the Rohingyas know that there has been a long terrorist 'insurgency' against the Burmese state? None. Because the media endlessly repeats that they are the victims, just like they're the victims in 'Murrica, just like they're the victims in France.
The problem here is that right-wingers are stuck on their "CHINA BAD" infinite loop, which certainly is true to some extent, but their nationalism blinds them and leads them to seize on anything that they can use to demonize China.
Whatever actual natural rights violations China may or may not be committing are not something anyone should approve of, but that does not negate that Islam needs to be dealt with firmly.
Trust me i really don't like Islam at all. But the thing is that Uyghur is not just "muslim" it is its own ethnic , history and culture group and also the way China treats them is exceptionally inhumane and cruel and it was China that had invaded their homeland . And as i said you are being blind to the "Uyghur" part just because you only see "muslim" part .You ignore that they are being eradicated as an ethnic and culture group as "Uyghurs" which has its own history, culture and people that has nothing to do with Islam.
You are ignoring their actual situation which is that they were invaded and colonized and are now brutally tortured and genocided by their colonizer. And like i said ive actually talked to Uyghurs before i know their actual situation and a lot are not even muslims
