When Trump lost in November

When anyone cheats, they forfeit any legitimacy. The Biden mafia cheated so openly and so blatantly, that Trump is the only legitimate president. He did not lose in December. He lost today when he told everyone to go home.

Furthermore the vote rigging, the totalitarian lockdowns, the continuous double standards in justice is the right's casus belli.

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

The history of the present federal government of the United States of America is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

They have unconstitutionally regulated all production, whether for sale of for personal use by Wickard v. Filburn

They have unconstitutionally regulated arms, creating a disparity between the militaries and the people.

They have limited the travel of the people between the various states.

They have refused to secure the boarders and ensure that the residents of the land are lawful.

They have debased the currency so as to prevent the retention of savings, to force debt and slavery upon the people.

They have erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass the people, and eat out their substance.

They have enacted a two tiered mockery of a justice system wherein those favored by the powerful are granted many ways to avoid punishment, and those not so favored are subject to punishments disproportionate in magnitude.

They have murdered people for exercising their rights.

They have encouraged violent communist uprisings and rebellions within our borders, while at the same time falsely claiming those opposed to communism are violent.
