This guy gets off on being persecuted. He parades himself around doing stupid shit and threatening people then gets spiteful at the attention, gets arrested, and uses it as victim fuel to repeat the cycle. Whatever alphabet people he IDs with will never disavow him and the cops are happy to oblige, so it will continue. His actual fear is being left alone to face the fact that he is just another ugly misfit. If they'd just let him rot in jail for a full sentence with nothing but time to think, he wouldn't survive himself.
