Those of you saying that the two parties are a uniparty, I agree, but only at the national level. At the state level, not so much. My state, WA, has very clearly defined differences between the parties.
This is true. The uniparty describes the national level. On the local level, there are some Democrats worth voting for (in my area, anyway).
Also, third party and independent are actually viable at the local level.
