And yeah, I hate needles too. At least I've already gone through the "waking up full of tubes with a breather in yer face" worst nightmare scenario thing. I guess I can take them without being a big baby any more, but I still try to avoid 'em. And I'll never understand the weirdoes who do it for fun. There's other ways to get high that don't risk the shit that poking yourself exposes you to.

I did take this year's flu shot when I got my prescription renewed a month or two ago, though. My reasoning has to be that, well, if I do get sick, I don't want the flu getting confused for the wuflu. Cocksucker did give me the muscle pains and shit this time, though. Never did before. (I usually take it every other year if I remember. Sometimes I forget.)

And I did get my childhood shots updated, because whooping cough went around here recently. Fuck that noise, my mom told me about how unpleasant that shit was. Crap, when I last got my booster in grade 7, either they didn't tell us we had to do it every 10 years, or we didn't listen. Yep, they used to give it to us in school.

I'm still not taking this shot, though, not until everyone else has and it's been a while.
