Cpl. Walker had his mask on. He was walking out of the mall with his gf. But he called the mall cops “Larry, Curly and Moe” and they hated that. So they assaulted him (and claimed to “arrest him”, for which they had no authority). @uppercanadamall needs a $5,000,000 lawsuit.

Mall cops are not real cops. They can only do citizens arrests under limited conditions (just like you can). Cpl. Walker was told to leave the mall and was walking out, thus complying with the Trespass Act. So assaulting him to "arrest" him becomes the crime. A serious crime.
