You're operating on the idea that people outside of your nation would still buy products from these companies. Is that a realistic expectation?
I just can't see a nation possibly sustain itself with zero allies, no trade and powerful enemies everywhere.

This is something I've never quite understood from the rest of the right. You think they would let you win to avoid mass death? I don't.
