So, the reader must search for US Code Title 18 Section 242. It is illegal for any official acting under color of law to deprive a US citizen of their Constitutional rights. Mayor Eric Garcetti is guilty of depriving the citizens of LA of their constitutional Right of Assembly. He is also depriving healthy citizens of the 4th and 5th Amendment rights by ordering them to essentially house arrest without trial or warrant or any due process. Garcetti MUST be arrested and charged with a crime. His video is prime face evidence of violating Title 18 Section 242. The economic harm Carcetti is guilty of inflicting is horrendous. The mental psychological harm is incalculable. The suicide caused by his order should result in his getting the death penalty.
Forget going to the FBI they are the enemy of the people and they too deprive US citizens of their rights under the 14 Amendment equal protection clause by the partisan method by which they use the force of government to selectively go after everyone but the well connected liberal elite (Why is Hillary not wearing orange? Go directly to the US Marshall's office and file charges against Garcetti. Maybe they are the enemy too and disregard their oath but I don't believe they are as corrupt as the FBI.

Protests after the very first one in April were counter-productive. The messaging at that one was "this is your one warning before we just ignore you" but people didn't follow through. Which ultimately made the very first protest counter-productive.
Why should Inslee give a shit about protests? He just won an election. He has a mandate to do whatever he wants.
The only protest worth a damn at this point is people reopening businesses and citizens preventing law enforcement from entering those businesses without a warrant.
Protests without action are just self indulgence. Its the same as the pussy hat marches and the right to life marches. They're slogans that do nothing, these pro lifers were at least sticking to the veracity of infant murder when they in turn killed the abortion doctors for their actions. We have forgotten that people learn from a scraped knee or broken arm not being shouted at.
