The problem only went away, no kidding, when I deleted cookies for KiA2.win. I didn't even have to sign in again. Quite strange.

They fixed some SSO bugs 9 days ago, maybe KIA2 was on a buggy version temporarily? Is there a way to audit this? Showing the latest atm - 1.1.15.4.

Not all sites have rollouts at the same time, unless they changed that, so the posting date doesn't necessarily reflect what version KIA2 was using recently.
