She was pregnant at 14, killed her 4 year old child at 18, and at 22, was sentenced to 50 years in prison, and while there she worked in the prison library, got a degree, and certified as a paralegal.
It looks like served 20 years of her sentence before being released early for good behavior.
As far as I, personally, am concerned, she served her time, earned her release, and is not likely to be a danger to anyone from this point onwards. I doubt she will ever offend again.
But to claim that pushback against her admission is white supremacy is fucking absurd. She beat an innocent child - her own child - to death, and dumped the body in the woods. Imagine a 4 year old screaming 'mommy, no!' as their head is bashed in and see how you feel.
There would be a crowd of people who who would never forgive her no matter what color her skin was. The fact that she's black is fucking meaningless - she did something monstrously wicked and selfish, and is lucky she didn't get the fucking chair.
Screeching 'White Supremacy!' at anything and everything that negatively effects a black person is fucking retarded.
She should be executed you moronic fuck. She murdered her own child you don’t get better from being the kind of sick fuck who decides to murder their own child.
So I agree with you and the other guy. In general, people who serve their sentences should not be further disadvantaged by society. Shouldn't be. Freedom of association still applies.
OTOH people that murder little children should not ever enter prison. They should hang upon conviction. The failed justice system dropped this shit situation on the public.
Harvard can do what they want, but I'd be worried about having this person around. As the lame-ass (((Time))) article explains, this person is pretty fucked up. I see no reason why prison would have fixed that. Prison is not known for rehabilitating people.
I googled her.
