It was a 5-4 decision, with Roberts cucking out as usual.

We are literally one vote of losing the 1st amendment.

Reading Cuntomayor dissent, it appears she and the leftist subscribe to the notion the constitution can be put on hold based on some arbitrary reason for "public safety".
