• Men can't possibly know women's experience, they're only men. Women, on the other hand, know every detail of what it's like to work as a man because they're just amazing.
• Even though we've defined this in gender absolutes as something men can't do because they're just plain evil and worthless, we're still going to require them to do it anyway, so we've got grounds to sack them when they fail.
