Literally all of those things do more harm than good.

• Foreign Aid & Donations suppresses the local economies and supports poverty by destroying economic incentive structures to placate donors. This is a continuing and major problem in Africa where wealthy white European socialists flood local economies with money that supports the donation system and nothing else.
• Legal protectionism only creates balkanized groups that remain uncompetative leeches off of a dependency system that leads inevitably to a total collapse from a lack of adaptation. This is a problem with every labor protection racket in the world.
• An ethnostate might work if it were naturally occurring, but they instead tend to be isolationist and protectionist, which causes the economy to stagnate along with he rest of the population. Isolationism has always lead to poor economic outputs, and when you couple that with an over-burdened welfare system, you nearly guarantee it's collapse. Sorry, Wakanda don't fucking work.
