Bill Kristol was an architect of the Iraq War who first supported Trump and then turned NeverTrumper Covington bully, far-left, kneeler Democrat.
Secretary of Justice Barr just ordered a review of voter fraud. As a response, the head of voter fraud investigations quit.
Now Kristol is afraid.
Who is the head of the voter fraud investigation and is this important? Why would Bill be afraid if he quit? sorry im just having a bit of trouble understanding this

Bill is saying that you should be alarmed because of some sort of TDS thinking.
OP is saying that it indicates Bill and/or "The deep state" is afraid, because Trump might put a puppet or something in that position or something.
But really, both Bill and the OP are playing a team sport, and any implied or stated reasons for alarm or being afraid are actually just covers for tribalism.
