What exactly makes a him a dictator for firing someone who serves at the pleasire of the president?

Obama fired all of the people who worked under Bush right when he came in, way more than Trump ever fired.
Does that make Obama a Dictator?

And I guess when Biden fires a bunch of people when he comes into office he'll be a dictator too then.
