Except the left seems to go mainstream on that front. The right is not burning down cities, the right is not out beating people up for having a biden hat, the right is not getting people fired cause they say all lives matter. From an uneducated and possibly wrong pov I see the right fighting to be left alone and the left fights for ideological dominance. I made a point some time ago, the right is ok with letting California going as left as possible but the left is not ok with the right have a state where they have minimum government interference, freedom of speech and all that. This is why the left is trying to push legislation at a federal level while the right wants to allow liberty to chose, if you want social programs go California, if you want freedom go to Texas. You make it seem that both sides are equal in this but I just do not see it.
