Even if Trump manages to win the presidency, it's clear that almost all of our systems have been compromised. Big Tech is the Democratic party and with AOC blatantly coming out asking for people to make a Trump supporter hit list. It won't be long until we start getting picked off one by one.
I'm not saying we're gonna be hunted down in the streets, at least not outside major leftist cities. But if you leave yourself out there it creates an opportunity for leftists to ruin your lives with relative ease. All it takes is for you to have a supervisor that's leftist for you to get fired, for a bank manager to be a leftist for your account to be closed just like they did with a lot of Proud Boys members, etc.
The left isn't hiding the fact that they're out for blood. The fact that Biden is going out of his way to say he wants to heal the divisions in the country is because even he knows what's coming. He's just trying to seem like he's trying to extend an olive branch so things don't spiral into civil war once people on the right realize they're getting purged.
Don't let yourself be a victim. Cover your tracks, use alt tech.
Yeah, I'm a little skeptical. They put "based in Switzerland" right at the top of their website like it means they're neutral or something.
The last time people fell for that trick, here's how it turned out: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crypto_AG
You should assume everything is compromised unless you control it yourself, but then you have to deal with physical control of data and they'll still know who you are communicating with.
You need to source a device with no connection to yourself and Tor through random wifi if you want a chance at anonymous internet anything, but then you need a third party to handle data storage so your messages will probably be read. You could leave a server in a closet that no one will notice, but Aaron Swartz discovered those risks.
It's Heisenberg's unsecurity principle without a serious operation behind you.
There are no silver bullets, only "not so bad" alternatives.
