“I consider it completely unimportant who in the party will vote, or how; but what is extraordinarily important is this — who will count the votes, and how.” - Stalin
Well, Sergey Kirov found out the hard way that only getting 3 votes against vs. 100+ for comrade Stalin did not protect him.
I've seen the same picture attributed to Wayne County, Michigan (Detroit). Good on you for including the word 'apparent'.
It may be either, nor neither, but be careful about misinformation (like the claim that more people voted in WI than were registered, which is false), because they are going to use that to (1) dismiss legitimate complaints about their massive fraud operation and (2) crack down on centers of dissent.

Just thought I'd lighten the mood with a borderline meme at this point (with, of course, the very serious message that the poll workers are openly partisan).
When I was hired by elections canada to run my local polling station during the last election, I was told I couldn't even wear my nikes during election day because they were blue and might unconsciously bias a voter.
How in the fuck are these poll workers allowed to blatantly show their candidate?
2 of the 10~ people where I went to vote had Trump masks, so I can't exactly call it out on that. Though likely their only mask so it barely registered putting it on like any other day.
I bet mine was a drop in the bucket compared to the Tsunami that were Biden poll workers however.
