Try communism in your own neighborhood or even just own family first . Just try it and see how well it works.

Communism does work. The, ahem, people who came up with it, and who have been pushing it ever since, believe only themselves to be human, and they believe that everyone else is literally soulless cattle, made only to serve them. But the cattle is sentient and much more numerous, so it can fight back. So they lie to the cattle about how communism will make everyone equal and everything will be fair - but those are just lies, the goal is to put them in their place, into perpetual slavery from which there is no escape, while the chosen ones live like kings, as is their right.
And every communist society is like that, every one creates a small ruling class that has everything while the rest has nothing - so it works exactly as designed. The only part that doesn't work is that they really need to establish this system worldwide at the same time, because if there are any non-communist societies, they can't convince the cattle that their system is normal and natural - the only way they could do that is to completely cut themselves off, like in North Korea, but then they're limited to just one country, and North Korea kinda sucks even for the ruling party, the ruling class there can enjoy their power over the cattle, but they're stuck being poor too, a middle class American lives a lot better life than a high ranking North Korean politician. So they have to establish a worldwide North Korea instead.
That's why communist theory doesn't make any goddamn sense at all, it's complete bullshit and it's designed to be. It's just a bunch of promises completely untethered in reality, and simpletons and narcissists who think they're owed things just for existing will latch onto it without thinking. The theory is usually expressed in overly complicated and convoluted terms, because idiots think that means it's really smart.
