I've made an (un)official KiA2 room on the Matrix Protocol! Here it is.
Keep sperging to a minimum. If you can actually prove you are one of the two jannies, then you will be made a janny in the Matrix room as well.

I remember having this problem too (except with the web client and desktop app) but I don't remember how I solved it.
For now, pick a different client like Nheko-Reborn or Hydrogen.
the client seems to work without it, i guess ill figure it out later
