It's not real. For one, there aren't any real lockdowns on the federal level, they're almost all municipal/provincial. Only thing I can think of federally is the airport/plane mask requirements & border lockdowns.
Also, they don't seem to even have strategic planning committees. And why would this be in the Liberal party and not in the government cabinet?
Why would Trudeau share this secret plan w/ some local riding people?
Um, you only know about casing by testing. This doesn't even make sense. Also deaths have been pretty low & flat lately.
Hospitals are empty and have always been, they're just throwing in terms like "Q2" trying to sound smart.
Covid test is just the common cold test.

Antibody tests come with this notice:

And when it comes to the PCR "test" they are also inconclusive and can be easily manipulated, since they test also positive for asymptomatic carriers, and the American Nobel Prize-winner inventor of PCR, Kary Mullis, said the tests can not be used to connect positive tests to disease.
