snorkelling is not, because the snorkelling community just snorkels, wet suit, mask and snorkel, weight belt, boom you are done, if it works for you great, thin suit for warm water, think for cold, thats about it really

best hobby, plus it can reward you with food, had some real nice mussels yesterday, likely surfing too although im not really familiar with that community, its just the general beach vibe
