Correct, my wife came from NY. I used to live in the Rockies and she could not comprehend that I do NOT need to contact the local PD to cut down a tree on my lawn. Just chain saw the bitch and be done with it. This is one of hte issues with nanny states, the people forget very quickly that the people do NOT need permission to do anything.
