Also the part in the OG FF7 in the scene where Cloud gives Sephiroth the black materia, Cloud beating up Aerith has been removed as well. Cloud beating up Aerith showed how brainwashed by Sephiroth he was but let's remove that . (Hey that sounds similar to Resident evil 4 remake removing the scene with the brainwashed Leon strangling Ada)
And of course the wokes are defending all this censorship, because fiction can't be fiction anymore, a character can't have personality traits they don't like anymore and we can't see anything bad happen to DA FEMALE either . In the OG game, Cid was abusive to his wife but he grew out of it and learnt to appreciate her when she saved his life, but all that character development is gone now
they left it uncensored for years and now they censor it , but no one had a problem with it before but now there's suddenly a problem with it?
A big problem is that they literally showed us they can take a title they sold us and censor and tamper it as they please later down the road.
Who can assure us that they won't censor in a couple of years the beach costume of Tifa for example? Who can assure us they won't tamper and censor this game as well once they made all the money they wanted from the sales?

Capcom did the same stuff by adding a malicious drm to a number of old games just to fight modding.
I can't really support companies that pull this kind of bs, it's not trustworthy anymore in my books.

its obvious that creators create something in square and then the wokes and merchants in suits in square come along and make woke demands and censorship, seems to me there's infighting between actual gamers who create games in square and woke merchants in square
