Some of them, but it's hard to say. I live in a fairly small town.
When I was younger I was confused about my gender. That's very normal for kids. When I grew up I grew out of it. Thank god my parents didn't ruin my life over it like the did for the kid in the original post. As of now I happily embrace masculinity and feel a sense of balance between the dominant masculine side and the feminine side of my personality.
IIRC the creator claimed it will be made open source when he dies, provided there isn't evidence of foul play. Great game either way.
