Let me guess, the claim was made by Ukraine, right? Ukrainian claims are just as believable as Russian claims right now considering they're both fighting a war and will/have been using propaganda to support their side.
they're going to continue using the "they had ties to Russia" phrase to justify any actions they do now and every leftist will cheer with thunderous applause as its "democracy" dies.
