I am not worried about that either, but, THEY were worried about shit like crime before. You never saw unaccompanied Indian young women just walking to a bus stop before, around here anyway, ever in my life. Now it's like they're just other Mexicans around the way.

I've always liked the indians around here and thought nothing of their presence, but they were a semi-secretive little enclave people who you never saw except with each other.

Last few years though they are like Mexican, everywhere on the street. If you see 2 people walking down the highway, good chances they're Indian, even at night, even if it's just women. That's a totally new thing.
