Seriously, why the fuck is Grosskreutz not facing charges? Did the prosecution offer him clemency in exchange for his (ridiculous) testimony?

I'd say that that stunningly incompetent prosecutor couldn't possibly get a conviction, but then again I thought the incumbent President who fixed the economy, started no new wars, and got 30,000 people out to his campaign rallies would beat the senile old fart who would get 20 people out to a rally and then be in bed by noon.
