Those consoles had games to begin with?

There were a few PSP and Vita gems that haven't been ported over to other platforms or upgraded to newer Sony systems, but with P4Golden liberated from the shackles of Vita-exclusivity and Atlus promising to look at porting more of their games to the PC, it's becoming less and less of an issue.
